Requirements
Venue Requirements
- Minimum 200 sq ft space for setup
- Access to electricity and water
- Adequate lighting and ventilation
- Parking availability for health team
- Accessible location for all participants
Organization Requirements
- Registered organization in Trinidad & Tobago
- Minimum 3 weeks advance notice
- Expected attendance of 25+ participants
- Designated event coordinator
- Basic liability insurance coverage
Event Planning
- Event duration: 2-6 hours
- Advance promotion to community
- Registration/sign-in process
- Volunteer support for logistics
- Follow-up evaluation participation
