You can book appointments online through our Services section after signing in with your Digital ID, call our appointment hotline at 645-2277, or visit any health facility directly during operating hours.
Medical records and lab results are available through our online portal after signing in with your Digital ID. Results are typically available 24-48 hours after testing. You can also request physical copies at any health facility.
For most services, you'll need a valid Trinidad & Tobago ID card or passport, and your health insurance card if applicable. For specialized services, additional documentation may be required - check specific service requirements online.
Visit our Vaccination Centers page to find locations and schedules. You can pre-register online or walk-in during designated hours. Bring your ID and vaccination card if you have one.
For Digital ID issues, visit our sign-in page and use the "Forgot Password" option, or contact our technical support at 645-2277. You can also visit any health facility with your ID for in-person assistance.
Basic healthcare services are provided free of charge to Trinidad & Tobago citizens at public health facilities. Some specialized services may have fees. Private facilities operate under different fee structures.
